We are now looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our customer´s  Sourcing Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- developing and implementing innovative approaches to sourcing processes that minimize CapEx and investment project costs, as well as commercial and legal risks

- leading the supplier selection process including agreements commercial and legal negotiations

- developing and executing project sourcing and contracting strategies to support project and company's growth objectives

- working cross-functionally guiding procurement staff of both internal and external partners

- working closely with internal stakeholders and key suppliers on new areas of value creation by driving improvement opportunities and innovation initiatives

What you will bring to the team:

- Either commercial or technical university degree

- Profound understanding and experience on Capex sourcing and procurement

- Solid experience in EPC/EPCM project execution environment

- Solid experience of leading the sourcing activities for green field / brown field investment projects with proven process development and project management exposure

- Skills and experience in supplier and stakeholder management, intercultural competence

- Ability to negotiate complex legal and commercial agreements and terms

- Strong problem solving, results driving and analytical skills

- Fluency in both written and spoken English, other language skills are an advantage

- Readiness to travel as projects may require 

- Understanding and experience on tools like MSOffice, ERP´s like SAP and e-sourcing tools

This position can be located in Helsinki or in any other Kemira hub location in Finland or Germany. Position is full time and with permanent contract with Kemira Oyj. In this position you work in a hybrid mode with possibility to 3 days a week remote work.
