For Students

ValueSource Academy is a concept built in cooperation with the University of Turku. Academy offers students or recent graduates interested in supply chain management the opportunity to find employment in interesting tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals.

By joining ValueSource Academy, many young talents have gained important first-hand experience with their field of study or career interest. We have young people working in purchasing, strategic sourcing, logistics and consulting. There are opportunities for both full-time and part-time work with flexible working hours. Many theses and Master's theses have also been commissioned by ValueSource.

Through the ValueSource Academy, we want to give future professionals the opportunity for interesting and challenging tasks in the field of procurement. Working with talented and helpful professionals will offer students a path for career growth. We also invest in training for all our Procurement Excellence Team members.

Our operations are based on our knowledgeable Procurement Excellence Team of procurement professionals who look after our customers’ interest in an unbiased way. Our Procurement Excellence Team has over 50 members, and we are constantly on the lookout for supply chain professionals to join our growing operations.
